The war in Ukraine has had a devastating impact on the infrastructure of the Ukrainian education and higher education system. The programme line therefore focuses on the rapid establishment and implementation of virtual offerings. German higher education institutions are to support their Ukrainian higher education partners in maintaining their digital teaching offerings so that students and academics in and from Ukraine have prospects for continuing their academic careers despite the restrictions imposed by the war.
