Leitfragen Vision (DE/EN)

Folgende Leitfragen zur Vision & Mission sollten in Ihrem Social Business Plan beantwortet werden:

• Was ist die angestrebte Vision?
• Welche Angebote enthält der vorliegende Businessplan? (Was machen wir?)
• Welche Aspekte des gesellschaftlichen Problems werden behandelt? Welcher Beitrag zur Lösung soll geleistet werden und welche Wirkung soll erzielt werden? (Warum machen wir das?)
• Für wen machen wir das?
• Was ist die angestrebte Mission?
• Wohin wollen wir? Wann wollen wir das Ziel erreichen? Wie wollen wir vorgehen?

The following guiding questions about the vision & mission should be answered in your social business plan:

•     What is the intended vision?
•     What does this business plan offer? (What do we do?)
•     What aspects of the social problem will be addressed? What contribution to the solution is to be made and what impact is to be achieved? (Why are we doing this?)
•     Who are we doing it for?
•     What is the intended mission?
•     Where do we want to go? When do we want to achieve the goal? How do we want to proceed?
