• Was sind das Geschäftsfeld und der Geschäftsumfang?
• Was ist die Kernkompetenz des Unternehmens?
• Was ist das Neuartige und Nutzbringende?
• Welche Bedürfnisse werden bei den Kunden erfüllt?
• Lässt sich mit dem Geschäftsmodell ein geplanter Erfolg erreichen?
• Kann das Geschäftsmodell auf Veränderungen des wirtschaftlichen Umfeldes reagieren?
