The module focuses on how to use systems mapping (Insight Modelling) as a leadership tool for change. Students will acquire leadership skills on real life cases on which Insight Modelling is applied. Students will get experience in interacting with people in leadership roles and be empowered to actively contribute to change. They learn how to strategically build career relevant relations using online tools and how to conduct leadership dialogues. Readings provide a conceptual and theoretical framework on systems leadership, large scale system change, awarenes-based systems leadership and provide tools for self-assessment and personal development. Students will learn various forms of self-reflection.
